Your hosted email works with virtually any mail client, as long as you have the correct server settings on hand.
Find Your Server Settings First
Your welcome email or Plesk's Mail section lists the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server addresses, ports, and encryption type you'll need for any client.
Setting Up Outlook
In Outlook, go to File > Add Account, choose manual setup, select IMAP, and enter your server settings along with your full email address and password.
Adding to Gmail
Gmail can pull in outside email through Settings > Accounts > Add a mail account, letting you send and receive your business email from within the Gmail interface using the same server settings.
Mobile Setup (iPhone/Android)
Both platforms let you add an account under Mail settings, choosing "Other" or "IMAP" account type, then entering the same incoming/outgoing server details.
Use IMAP, Not POP3
IMAP keeps your email synced across every device, since messages stay on the server. POP3 downloads and often removes messages from the server, causing mismatched inboxes across devices — IMAP is almost always the better choice today.
