Creating an Email Account in Plesk
Log in to Plesk, go to Mail, and click Create Email Address. Choose your desired username, set a strong password, and assign a mailbox size limit if needed.
Accessing Your New Email
You can check email through Plesk's built-in webmail, or configure it in Outlook, Gmail, or your phone's mail app using the server settings provided in your welcome email.
Set Up a Few Standard Addresses
Most businesses benefit from at least info@, support@, and a personal address for the owner or main contact — each can be created the same way.
Consider Forwarders Too
If you don't need a full separate mailbox, a forwarder can route mail sent to one address (like hello@yourdomain.com) directly to your existing inbox.
