Auto-renewal exists to prevent accidental service loss, but it's worth understanding exactly how and when it acts on your account.
When the Charge Happens
Your payment method on file is charged a set number of days before the actual expiration date — giving a buffer in case the first attempt fails and needs a retry.
What Gets Renewed
Each service — hosting plans, domains, add-ons — has its own independent auto-renewal setting and billing cycle, so you can manage them individually rather than as an all-or-nothing account setting.
Turning Off Auto-Renewal
Each service's management page in your Client Area includes a toggle to disable auto-renewal specifically for that service, useful if you're planning to cancel or switch elsewhere.
Renewal Price Changes
If a renewal price differs from your original order (due to a promotional rate ending, for example), you'll be notified before the new charge takes effect.
Re-Enabling After Disabling
If you disabled auto-renewal and change your mind, you can re-enable it any time before the actual expiration date without losing the service.
