Every CyberNet hosting plan lets you create professional email addresses using your own domain (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) at no extra cost. Here's how to set them up.
1. Create a New Email Account
- Log into your Plesk control panel.
- Go to Mail in the left-hand menu.
- Click Create Email Address.
- Enter the mailbox name (the part before the @), select your domain, and set a strong password.
- Click OK to save.
Your new address is active immediately and can send/receive mail right away.
2. Set a Mailbox Quota
Open the mailbox you just created, go to Mailbox Settings, and set a storage quota (e.g. 1 GB or unlimited, depending on your plan). This prevents a single mailbox from consuming your entire hosting storage.
3. Accessing Your Email (Webmail)
You can check your email in a browser at https://webmail.yourdomain.com or https://your-server-ip:8443/webmail. Plesk includes both Roundcube and Horde webmail clients — pick whichever interface you prefer under Webmail.
4. Setting Up Email on Outlook, Apple Mail, or Your Phone
Use these settings in any email client:
- Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, port 465, SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: the mailbox password you set in Plesk
5. Deleting or Disabling a Mailbox
Go to Mail, select the mailbox, and click Remove. This is permanent and deletes all stored messages — export or back up anything important first.
