If you're not satisfied with a service, requesting a refund is a straightforward process — here's how it works.
Check Eligibility First
Shared and reseller hosting plans typically include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domains, SSL certificates, licenses, and dedicated resources are generally non-refundable once provisioned — full details are in our Terms of Service.
How to Submit a Request
Open a support ticket from your Client Area, select the billing category, and reference the specific service and invoice you'd like refunded, along with a brief reason if you're comfortable sharing one.
What Happens Next
Our billing team reviews the request against the eligibility window and service type, and responds with a confirmation or an explanation if the specific item isn't eligible.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within a few business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it.
Cancelling vs Refunding
Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't automatically refund the current period — if you want both, mention that explicitly in your request.
