Understanding Your CyberNet Welcome Email

Published on Apr 22, 2026 Updated on Jul 31, 2026 5 views

Right after your order is activated, we send a welcome email packed with the details you need to get started. It can look overwhelming at first, so here's what each section means.

Server & Account Details

This includes your hosting username, server hostname, and IP address. You generally won't need to use these directly, but keep them for reference if you ever contact support.

Control Panel Login

Your Plesk login and password give you access to your dashboard, where you'll manage files, email, and databases. You can also reach it with one click from your Client Area — no separate login needed.

Nameservers

If your domain isn't already registered with CyberNet, this is the information you'll enter at your domain registrar to point your domain to our servers.

FTP Credentials

These let you upload files using an FTP client like FileZilla, as an alternative to the browser-based file manager in Plesk.

Keep This Email Safe

We recommend saving this email somewhere secure, like a password manager, rather than deleting it — you may need these details later even if you rarely use them day to day.
